Established in 1942, it was the brain child of Lala Hans Raj Kalra, the son of a liquor baron who had a flourishing liquor business in Sialkot in Pakistan.<\/p>\n

It is incredible to know that the caf\u00e9 dates back to the 1940s and has stood the test of time with much flair. Therefore any visit to the restaurant has to be accompanied with a visual tour of its art deco interiors and an exceptionally high ceiling. The chandelier hanging from its sky blue ceiling is of outstanding beauty. Also, keep your eyes peeled for the gold accented artwork next to the chandelier.<\/p>\n
