United Coffee House , a café-restaurant and bar,  is a tribute to the times of fine dining, huge chandeliers and relaxed, uncluttered luxury.

Established in 1942, it was the brain child of Lala Hans Raj Kalra, the son of a liquor baron who had a flourishing liquor business in Sialkot in Pakistan.
